I was tasked with updating the mobile website shopping experience on m.expedia.com. I was constrained by the company building the site because they were scraping the desktop site for content. The shopping and booking path had to reflect the path that was currently setup on the desktop site. This website was launched in 5 different countries: US, UK, CA, NZ and AU. After launching the site, conversation increased over 35% which brought conversation to over 2% and at one point, exceeded the desktop site.
